Hey, I'm Jess - and I'm an Executive / Personal Virtual Assistant and small business owner!

I've always been someone who loves staying organised, supporting others, and helping ideas come to life - which is exactly why I created JL Support Studio. With over 20 years of experience across a wide range of industries - including retail, recruitment, housing, sports, non-profit, law enforcement, and hospitality - I've built a career that's anything but one-dimensional. Most recently, I spent 10 years at Cotton On Group supporting multiple leaders across diverse areas of the business, followed by a Global Chief EA role at a property development company spanning both Australia and the US. That kind of variety has given me a strong foundation in organisation, communication, and proactive support that I now bring to my clients. My goal is to help businesses feel less overwhelmed and more in control, so they can focus on what they do best.
