About me.

Hey, I’m Jess - and I’m so excited to officially introduce myself as a Virtual Assistant and small business owner!

I’ve always been someone who loves staying organised, supporting others, and helping ideas come to life - which is exactly why I created JL Support Studio. With over 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including 10 years spent at Cotton On Group supporting multiple leaders across diverse areas of the business. I’ve developed a strong foundation in organisation, communication, and proactive support. My goal is to help businesses feel less overwhelmed and more in control, so they can focus on what they do best.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending quality time with my family & friends, planning my next travel adventure, or getting involved in sport. I grew up playing hockey, which gave me a real love for teamwork, dedication, and pushing myself to try new things - and that mindset still shapes who I am today.

I’m passionate about new experiences, big goals, and building something I’m truly proud of.
